USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Last Updated: July 2026

Jepely respects user privacy and data ownership. We provide mechanisms that allow dashboard operators and CRM clients to completely delete account profiles, revoked API credentials, uploaded analytics datasets, and AI-generated dashboard artifacts processed through our platform.

You hold full authority to revoke access permissions, unlink integrations (Google Workspace, Meta platforms), and request the absolute purging of your data across our databases and server storage.

Method 1 — Revoking Connected Google OAuth Access

If you have linked your account via Google OAuth to automate Google Sheets and Google Drive workflows, you can revoke access permissions directly through your Google Security settings:

  1. Go to your Google Account Third-Party Apps Security Settings.
  2. Locate and click on Jepely in the list of connected apps.
  3. Click Remove Access (or Delete all connections) to revoke access to your Google Drive and Google Sheets.

System Action: Once access is revoked, active access tokens and refresh tokens saved in our database context are rendered invalid immediately and queued for permanent deletion.

Method 2 — Revoking Connected Meta Applications

If you have connected your business profile using Meta authentication vectors:

  1. Log into your connected Facebook account and access Facebook Settings & Privacy.
  2. Navigate to the Apps and Websites section.
  3. Select Jepely and click Remove to break all active authorization tokens.

Method 3 — Direct Data Wipe & Server Storage Purge Request

To request a total purge of all stored datasets, generated dashboards, and database records without unlinking platforms manually, you can submit a direct data disposal request to our privacy desk:
