ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Scope and Platform Intent

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the strict architectural rules, API integration boundaries, and messaging parameters governing the use of the Jepely SaaS platform. Jepely provides business intelligence, spreadsheet automation, dynamic CRM workflow management, and integrated AI conversational assistance.

2. Prohibited System Abuse & Data Manipulation

To preserve infrastructure stability, user privacy, and global cloud endpoint integrity, users are strictly prohibited from utilizing Jepely tools, backend automation runners, or webhook engines to:

Execute unauthorized bulk operations, aggressive scraping, or spam transmissions across linked messaging networks (WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta platforms).
Infect, corrupt, or bypass Google Drive, Google Sheets API, or local database storage through malicious payload injections, JSON malformations, or unauthorized OAuth access attempts.
Harvest, process, or expose sensitive personal identifiably information (PII), credentials, or financial assets without explicit end-user consent.
Construct deceptive automation tracks designed to execute phishing, mimic brand identities, or bypass third-party rate-limiting protocols.
Deploy continuous execution loops or automated scripts that intentionally degrade platform performance or server memory allocations.

3. Cloud Services & Third-Party API Compliance

Jepely interfaces with production endpoints through official API pipelines, including **Google Cloud Ecosystem (Google Sheets API, Google Drive API, Google OAuth)**, **Meta Platforms, Inc.**, and integrated **AI Large Language Model Engine Infrastructure**.

Third-Party Compliance Terms:

Users must comply fully with all applicable third-party ecosystem rules, including the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use requirements), Meta Developer Policies, and relevant AI safety standards. Misuse of access tokens, improper grant scopes, or actions leading to API quota abuses constitute an immediate breach of this policy.

4. Acceptable AI & Dataset Analytics Usage

When using Jepely’s integrated AI Business Intelligence modules and dataset extraction engines:

Users must only upload or sync datasets that they legally own or have explicit authorization to analyze.
Automated structural profiling and AI-generated dashboard builds must not be manipulated to generate fraudulent metrics, misleading financial statements, or deceptive reports.
Prompt engineering instructions must remain within legal and ethical bounds and must not attempt to breach system safety guardrails or extract system prompt parameters.

5. Account Security & Credential Management

Users hold full responsibility for securing their account credentials, client authentication tokens, OAuth secrets, and API keys. Any unauthorized action, dataset sync, or automation script executed under a user’s authentication context will be deemed the sole responsibility of that account holder.

6. Enforcement & Account Actions

Jepely monitors system performance and API health flags. If a violation of this AUP or associated third-party policies is detected, Jepely reserves the right to take immediate action, including:

Issuing system optimization warnings and API request throttling.
Immediate revocation of active OAuth integrations and webhook endpoints.
Temporary suspension or permanent termination of account access and structural workspace data without financial compensation.

7. Policy Updates

This AUP is subject to dynamic updates to align with evolving cloud API standards, regulatory requirements, and platform enhancements. Continued use of Jepely after updates are published signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
